About
Chris Biering, a dedicated attorney with over 28 years of experience, has built a reputation for his personalized approach to serving clients in Berkeley County and beyond. Born in Charleston, South Carolina, Chris spent his formative years in Providence, Orangeburg County. He completed his undergraduate education at Francis Marion University in 1993 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1996. Admitted to practice in all South Carolina courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina in 1997, Chris began his legal career at Jebaily & Glass, P.A., before establishing the Biering Law Firm in 1998.
Chris and his wife, Carmen, have been married for 32 years and are proud parents to four sons. Residing in Pinopolis, Chris is deeply connected to his community and faith. As a Southern Baptist, he enjoys playing the piano and organ at First Baptist Church of Moncks Corner and occasionally Mt. Olivet.
In addition to his legal work, Chris shares his office with a dedicated staff and Pax, his beloved boxer, who is a client favorite. Outside the office, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Committed to service, Chris also participates in international mission work, further reflecting his passion for helping others.
