South Carolina Court of Appeals Affirms Trial Court decision in favor of Attorney Christopher P. Biering’s client
The South Carolina Court of Appeals affirmed the successful defense verdict rendered by the Trial Court. Attorney Christopher P. Biering successful tried the defense case for his client in this contract matter. The Trial court provided that Biering’s defense was prevailing on multiple points.
